El Mehdi Lamsahhal has a diverse work experience spanning across various companies and roles. El Mehdi is currently the Group Information Technology Director at ACRELEC since May 2020. Prior to this, they worked for RB where they held multiple positions. El Mehdi served as the Regional Head of IT for Western & Southern Europe from January 2018 to May 2020, overseeing IT operations in seven countries and managing a team of up to 20 employees. Before that, they served as the Head of IT for Iberia, responsible for all IT systems, services, and infrastructure in Spain and Portugal. El Mehdi also worked as a Senior IS Business Analyst for Western Europe, where they managed and supported various finance, HR, legal, and regulatory systems.

Earlier in their career, El Mehdi worked at Gemalto as an ERP Core Model Manager, where they defined and maintained the financial core model in the systems and participated in the successful deployment of ERP systems in the EMEA region. El Mehdi also worked at Mersen as an IS Manager for Systems & ERP Projects, where they deployed and supported Oracle JD Edwards ERP modules worldwide.

Prior to that, El Mehdi worked at Norgine, where they held multiple roles. El Mehdi served as a Senior Financial Controller for Manufacturing & Supply, overseeing performance reporting and participating in the launch of Oracle Enterprise One ERP. El Mehdi also worked as a Financial Controller for a factory, managing performance reporting, budgeting, and cost optimization.

El Mehdi Lamsahhal obtained a Master's degree in International Management Control from École Supérieure de Commerce Et de Management - ESCEM, completing their studies from 2001 to 2004.
