Chris Smith, LCSW, CGP, holds a Master's Degree in Social Work from the University of Hawaii at Manoa, which they completed from 2008 to 2011. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology at Hawaii Pacific University from 2001 to 2005. Chris began their education at Sacramento City College, where they obtained an Associate's Degree in Languages & Literature and Social Science from 1997 to 2000.
In addition to their academic achievements, Chris has obtained two certifications. In January 2021, they became a Certified Group Psychotherapist (CGP) through the American Group Psychotherapy Association. Furthermore, in April 2019, they obtained a license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker from the ASWB - Association of Social Work Boards.
