David Maurice Sharp

David Maurice Sharp is an experienced financial and educational professional with a strong background in public securities and financial literacy. Since May 2019, Sharp has served as a Contractor for Financial Literacy Education at the Entertainment Community Fund. Additionally, Sharp has held the position of Director of Solicitation & Public Securities at Kroll since February 2016. As a teacher at HB Studio, Sharp conducts workshops on Financial Literacy for Artists. Previous roles include Global Public Securities Consultant at UpShot Services LLC and Director of Public Securities at Kurtzman Carson Consultants LLC. Sharp also served as Vice President of the Financial Balloting Group at Epiq Systems and as a Specialist for Global Voting Issues at Innisfree M&A Incorporated. Sharp holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from New York University.
