Tess O’Donnell

Tess O’Donnell is an experienced professional in the energy sector, currently working as an Associate at The Ad Hoc Group, Inc. since June 2023. Previously, Tess served as an Analyst focusing on Energy Markets and Electric Distribution Strategy at ICF from March 2021 to May 2023, where support was provided to utility and government agency clients on energy policy and renewable energy initiatives. Prior roles include Account Manager for energy efficiency programs in Las Vegas, Energy System Designer II at Tesla, and graduate research on urban carbon sinks at the University of Dayton. Tess has also engaged in sustainability projects through various internships and roles, including as an EDF Climate Corps Fellow and Solar Ambassador Fellow at RE-volv, highlighting a strong commitment to clean energy and community empowerment. Tess holds a Master's degree in Renewable and Clean Energy and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Dayton.
