Arnab K Ganguly

Arnab K Ganguly is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business transformation, digital transformation, and process improvement. Currently serving as a Director of Digital Transformation and a Member of the CEO's Task Force at Adecco since June 2021, Arnab focuses on process simplification, digital solutions, process automation, and the application of Generative AI. Prior roles include leading Process Excellence and Analytics at Capgemini, where significant initiatives such as customer reporting migration and AI-based applications were implemented. Arnab has held various leadership positions across organizations including HP, Parikar Business and Knowledge Services, Ocwen Financial Solutions, Fidelity Investments, IBM, and Satyam, contributing to substantial cost savings and process enhancements throughout a distinguished career. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, a Master of International Business from the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, and a Certificate for Digital Transformation from the Indian School of Business.
