Edmond Pang

Edmond Pang is an experienced recruitment leader currently serving as the Head of Permanent Recruitment for Adecco in Australia since December 2023. Previously, Edmond spent 18 years at Hays, where significant roles included Director - Cyber Lead APAC, overseeing the growth of the Cyber Security recruitment business across the ANZ region, and Regional Director for recruitment offices in Shanghai and Suzhou, China. During this time, Edmond managed multiple recruitment teams across various specialist functions and was recognized with awards such as Best International Recruitment Firm by HRM Asia. Edmond began the career with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from RMIT University and has also held positions in sales and business development prior to entering recruitment.
