Jahn Maudal

Jahn Maudal is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in the construction and industry sectors, currently serving as the Head of Sales for Adecco Construction & Industry Norway since April 2008. In this role, Jahn oversees national core clients and provides coaching in sales leadership, customer care, and team motivation. Previous positions within Adecco include Regional Manager Construction for the Øst/Nord region and District Manager Construction in Sør Trøndelag, with significant oversight on sales and employee management. Earlier career experiences include roles as an insurance advisor at Tryg and logistics agent at Kinnarps, as well as hands-on positions in construction and manufacturing. Jahn holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business & Administration from Høgskolen i Sør-Trøndelag.
