Jin Ying Jasmine Goy

Jin Ying Jasmine Goy is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Head of Finance at Adecco since July 2022. With over a decade of experience at The Adecco Group, Goy held various roles including FP&A Controller, APAC; Business Analyst and Pricing Manager, Asia; Business Controller; and Senior Account Executive, GL. Key responsibilities included forecasting, budgeting, performance management, compliance, and business acumen, with a focus on ensuring fiscal responsibility and identifying cost-saving opportunities. Goy's earlier experience includes roles in payroll administration and accounting. Educated at the University of Wales with a Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies, Goy possesses a strong foundation in financial management and analysis.
