Michelle Chen

Michelle Chen (Duong) is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in recruitment and corporate development. Currently serving as Vice President of Adecco Permanent Recruitment USA and Country Practice Lead since March 2020, Michelle oversees the nationwide business unit's P&L and is a member of the US Senior Leadership team. Previous roles include Senior Search Director at Adecco, Executive Director at Advantex Professional Services, and Founder & Managing Partner of AM Solutions Group LLC. Michelle also contributes to the community as a Board Member for OPERATION BE KIND and has previously served on the Board for Working Wardrobes. Michelle holds an MBA from UCLA.
