Ryan McNally

Ryan McNally is a seasoned marketing and digital professional with extensive experience in the industry. Currently serving as the Head of Digital and Marketing for Adecco in Australia and New Zealand since January 2023, Ryan previously held multiple key positions at The Adecco Group from 2016 to 2023, including Head of Marketing and Shared Services Digital Marketing Lead. Experience also includes roles at Modis as a Senior Digital Designer, as well as various design positions at Creative ADM, Linc, and Digital and Direct. Ryan began a career in design with a Bachelor of Visual Arts and Design in Graphic Design from Edith Cowan University and holds a Certificate 3 in Design Fundamentals from Central Institute of Technology.
