Paul Welford has extensive experience in the food and beverage industry, currently serving as Area Manager at The Adil Group since August 2014, overseeing multiple brands including Burger King, Costa Coffee, and Taco Bell across London and Kent. Prior to this role, Welford was the General Manager at Colicci, managing operations in iconic London parks. Additional experience includes positions such as Project Co-ordinator at ServaClean Bar Systems, Group Food & Beverage Sales Manager at The Original Bowling Company, and Food and Beverage Manager at Merlin Entertainments. Notable earlier roles include various management positions within SSP Group Plc and the Compass Group, as well as a foundational role at BURGER KING® Europe, Middle East & Africa. Welford holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Design and Applied Arts from Kingston University.

The Adil Group are a family business situated in London with trading stores throughout England and Scotland, employing over 5,500 people nationwide . We have a number of well known brands in our portfolio, including KFC, Costa, Burger King, Taco Bell, Anytime Fitness, Chaiiwala as well as several Hotels. In addition, the company owns a large commercial and private property portfolio in the UK. The business was founded from humble beginnings by our Chairman Mohammed Adil OBE who opened our first Wimpy restaurant in 1969. Mr Adil has been honoured with an OBE for contribution to business, job creation and his charity work across the UK. The business is currently operated by Mr Adil's son Raja Adil Group CEO and Grant Roderickson, General Manager, who are of course greatly supported by our diverse restaurant and hotel teams, field based managers and our head office team in Wembley.
