Stephan Fitz is an accomplished hospitality professional with extensive experience in food and beverage management across various prestigious hotels and resorts. Currently serving as the Director of Food And Beverage at The Adolphus since April 2024, Stephan previously held similar leadership roles at Kalahari Resorts & Conventions and The Boca Raton.
