Deborah Milhaupt

Deborah Milhaupt, CPC, ELI-MP has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Deborah began their career at Venn Group in 2010, where they acted as an Executive Consultant, providing technology and strategic services to the healthcare industry. Deborah'srole involved developing a portfolio of accounts, closing new business opportunities, and delivering talent acquisition and staffing solutions.

In 2013, Deborah joined Spencer-Ogden as a Manager of Business Development, where they played a key role in launching and growing the company's U.S. contract staffing business.

In 2016, Deborah moved on to Advanced Clinical as a Director of Business Development. Deborah specialized in building professional partnerships with pharmaceutical and medical device organizations, providing support in talent acquisition strategies for clinical operations.

Since 2017, Deborah has been with Advanced Group, initially as a Director of Learning and Development and currently as the Senior Director of Learning and Development. In this role, they are responsible for designing learning programs that align with business objectives, collaborating with senior leadership, and facilitating instructional design.

Deborah's work experience showcases their expertise in learning and development, business development, and talent acquisition across various industries.

Deborah Milhaupt, CPC, ELI-MP holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A Hons) degree in History from the University of Exeter. Deborah also attended Headington School. In addition to their education, Deborah has obtained several certifications, including being a Certified Professional Coach from iPEC Coaching in 2020 and an Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP) from iPEC Coaching in 2020. Deborah is also a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner from Prosci, obtained in 2023, and a Certified Situational Leadership Trainer from The Ken Blanchard Companies, obtained in 2019.
