Victoria Hill

Victoria Hill, MHRM, CSP, PHR, CDE has a diverse and extensive work experience in various HR roles. Victoria is currently serving as the Director of Diversity & Social Impact at Advanced Group, where they oversee the diversity and inclusion efforts of the organization. Victoria has implemented various training programs, including Conscious Inclusion Training, Interview Bias Training, and Microaggressions Training. Victoria has also presented a Diversity Business Plan to Executive Leaders and received recognition for their diversity efforts. Prior to their current role, they worked as a Sr. Business and Diversity Partner, HR Business Partner, and Benefits Consultant at Advanced Group.

Before joining Advanced Group, Victoria worked as a Human Resources Consultant at the Vietnamese Association of Illinois, where they provided legal advice, conducted harassment training, and managed confidential employee documents. Victoria also served as the Program Director of Human Resources at Salem Baptist Church of Chicago, where they were responsible for overseeing the HR department, administering HR management, and managing benefits administration. Overall, Victoria has demonstrated their expertise in HR and diversity by developing strategies, providing advisory services, and implementing effective programs in various organizations.

Victoria Hill obtained their Masters Degree in Human Resources Management from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University from 2002 to 2004. In addition to their degree, they have completed various certifications including Certified Diversity Executive (CDE) from CourseNetworking in 2023, Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) from HRCI in 2020, and Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) from the American Staffing Association in 2017. Victoria has also obtained certifications in Crafting Strategic Visual Stories from The Presentation Company in 2022 and as an Engagement Champion from Gallup in 2018. Moreover, Victoria has completed a course on Developing a Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging Program from LinkedIn in 2023 and has a background in Payroll and Bookkeeping Accounting from Herzing University.
