Shay Pratt

Shay Pratt has over two decades of experience in strategic leadership and research, currently serving as Vice President of Strategy and Service Line Research at the Advisory Board since May 1999, where also held the position of Executive Director. Previously, Shay worked as a Research Associate at The Institute for Genomic Research from 1996 to 1998. Shay holds a Bachelor of Science in Molecular Biology and a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Richmond (1992-1996) and a Master of Arts in Nonfiction Writing from The Johns Hopkins University (2000-2003).
