Derek Junghanel

Derek Junghanel, GSLC, currently serves as the Security Manager for Information Assurance at The Aerospace Corporation since April 2019. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Information Assurance Specialist at ManTech, an Information Systems Security Officer at The Aerospace Corporation, and an Industrial Security Specialist at Boeing. Earlier in their career, Derek held positions as a Personnel Security Specialist with AlliedBarton Security Services and as a Plant Protection Officer with PINKERTON | Corporate Risk Management Services. Derek holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from California State University-Dominguez Hills and an Associate of Arts degree in General Studies from Long Beach City College.
