Ryan Noguchi

Ryan Noguchi serves as the Chair for the INCOSE Object Oriented Systems Engineering Method (OOSEM) Working Group since June 2024 and has been a Principal Engineer in Architecture & Design at The Aerospace Corporation since February 1997. In this role, Ryan Noguchi represents Aerospace on the INCOSE Corporate Advisory Board, advising government agencies on Digital Engineering Transformation while developing and applying advanced Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) methodologies and standards. Previous positions at The Aerospace Corporation include Director of the Space Architecture Department and the System of Systems Engineering Office, as well as various senior project leadership roles. Ryan Noguchi holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from Princeton University and a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley.
