Simi Miyamoto

Simi Miyamoto is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and IT management services, currently serving as General Manager and Principal Director at The Aerospace Corporation since October 2020. Prior to this role, Simi held various leadership positions at Mattel, Inc., including Director of Global Customer Experience and Sr. Manager of Global Infrastructure Operations, from March 2011 to September 2020. Simi's career also includes serving as Senior Director of Operations at Omnex Group Inc from May 2009 to March 2011 and holding dual roles as Director of Client Services and Director of Technical Support at Western Union Payment Services from 2003 to 2008. Simi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Pace University, earned between 1997 and 1999.
