Thomas J. Fagan

Thomas J. Fagan is a seasoned professional in the field of electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) and electromagnetic interference (EMI), currently serving as Systems Director at The Aerospace Corporation since July 2017. Previously, Fagan held roles as Associate Systems Director and Senior Project Engineer, focusing on spectrum management and electromagnetic environmental effects (E3). Fagan retired as a Senior EMC Engineer and Senior Spectrum Manager at Raytheon, where extensive experience included overseeing the use of the electromagnetic spectrum and contributing to various E3 disciplines. Fagan began a spectrum management program at Hughes Aircraft Company, where the career commenced in 1985. Fagan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Arizona and has earlier education from Arizona State University.
