Vaishakhi Lahoti

Vaishakhi Lahoti is an accomplished data and analytics leader with extensive experience in various industries, including aerospace, healthcare, and manufacturing. Currently serving as Director of Data Warehousing and Analytics at The Aerospace Corporation, Vaishakhi successfully optimized Tableau utilization and implemented SQL-based reporting warehouses, transitioning to scalable ETL pipelines. Previous roles include Senior Project Manager at Express Scripts, where Vaishakhi led the Patient Experience team and established multiple Tableau dashboards for operational metrics. Vaishakhi's background also includes significant achievements as a Black Belt at Regal Beloit Corporation, where coaching and mentoring in Six Sigma methodologies led to successful project certifications, and as a Design Engineer at General Electric, where cost-saving initiatives and workflow improvements were implemented.
