Hanna Mills Turbet

Hanna Mills Turbet is an accomplished digital journalist with extensive experience in the media industry. Currently serving as a digital journalist at The Age since January 2016, Hanna specializes in breaking news production, audio/video production, blogging, homepage editing, online sub-editing, and social media production. Previously, at The Times from June 2010 to October 2012, Hanna acted as an editorial liaison with the technology team, developed and tested content management systems, and served in various editorial roles, including editor of the Android tablet edition. Additional experience includes serving as chief reporter at mX newspaper, where fashion and entertainment reporting were key focus areas, and authorship of the book "Beyond Age," a project documenting elderly survivors of the Victorian bushfires. Earlier roles included reporting positions at Leader Community Newspapers, Warrnambool Standard, and Riverine Herald. Educational qualifications include study at Ryerson University and RMIT University.
