Muhammad Rafi Juliansyah is an experienced engineering professional with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Telkom University, completed in 2017. Currently serving as an Engineering Staff at Badan Pengkajian dan Penerapan Teknologi since February 2019, Muhammad has previously worked as a Senior NOC Engineer at NTT Communications from April 2017 to February 2019. In that role, Muhammad led daily operations of the Network Operations Center and monitored various network services using tools such as Cacti, Zabbix, Hatohol, and OpenNMS. Muhammad also completed internships at Velocite Technology and Telkomsel, where applications for road monitoring and employee information were developed using Laravel Framework, mySQL, and PHP.
