Cindy Daw

Property Partner at The Agency Group Australia

Drawing on over twenty years of real estate experience, Cindy Daw has established an impressive track record of success for her clients, working diligently to ensure her buyers and sellers are thoroughly educated on the market and more than satisfied with the level of care and results they receive.

Connecting with people from all backgrounds and industries, Cindy’s superior industry knowledge, savvy negotiating skills, and nuanced understanding of every side of the business have allowed her to provide a unique yet consistent approach unmatched by any other agent in her region. She doesn’t just enjoy real estate; she loves it. To her, it's the most rewarding experience to deliver a positive experience for her sellers and equally match her buyers' purchasing needs. Cindy understands that her role extends far beyond mere bricks and mortar; it's about helping ease stress, listening and problem-solving and providing expert guidance to guarantee success for her client. She will always respect your needs, value your time, and grant uninterrupted accessibility, as well as answer any questions.

As a farmer’s daughter and one of the first women selling rural broadacre farms, Cindy is not only an avid resource to her clients, but her extensive knowledge and experience in marketing rural and lifestyle acreage properties have proven invaluable – with a constant stream of referrals ensuing as a result. She is well-matched to bringing rural clients to the area, including retiring farmers or investors, to help with beachside/canal lifestyle or acreage/larger town lots. Her warm, friendly demeanour is only complemented by her meticulous, methodical and organised skillset uniquely positioned to assure a winning outcome for all.

An active community member, Cindy plays hockey at the Busselton Hockey Association, has a daughter in her last year at West Busselton Primary School and had a son at Cape Naturaliste College in Vasse. Passionate about where she lives, the Busselton Shire is the place Cindy is proud to call home. She spends her weekends with her family exploring all that is around the thriving region, including the Busselton jetty precinct and foreshore, Wonnerup beach, Nannup markets, Yallingup shell collecting areas and Margaret River activities. Cindy believes it is part of her job to recommend why it's an excellent decision to want to live in the Busselton Shire.

Outside of real estate, you’ll find Cindy playing hockey, camping, exploring the coastline and spending time with her family. She loves great dining and is well-known for her delicious cheese platters using local produce – paired with a nice neighbourhood wine.
