Shane Farkas

Shane currently holds the positions of Chief Operating Officer at The Agency. As part of the company's founding team, Shane played an instrumental role in developing all of The Agency’s operational systems and processes. Under Shane’s leadership, The Agency’s technology division has developed industry-leading, proprietary software platforms for the company’s Residential Brokerage and New Development business divisions. He manages in-house and outsourced software development teams and negotiates the company’s relationships and integrations with 3rd party software vendors and partners. Shane is also responsible for the day-to-day operations of The Agency's offices and the company's expansion into new markets via both franchising and company-owned offices.
