Richa Basnet

Richa Basnet possesses extensive experience in product management and agile coaching, currently serving as a Product Owner at TDIndustries, Inc. since March 2025 and as an Agile Product Coach at The Agile Coach since December 2021. Prior roles include Technical Product Manager and Product Owner at WEX, and Product Owner/Scrum Lead at OneStream Software. Richa began a career in analysis as a Business Analyst at USDA and Cisco Meraki, and has also held positions as a Product Analyst and Assistant Project Coordinator. Richa holds an MBA in Big Data and Analytics from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University and a BBA in Business Administration and Management from the University of Illinois Chicago.
