James Wood

James Wood possesses extensive experience in the IT sector, currently serving as EazyFuel Support Manager at The ai Corporation since November 2019, with prior roles as Service Delivery Manager and 2nd Line Support Analyst. A participant in Just IT's full-time developers program in mid-2019, James also worked as a System Engineer at FNB South Africa from January 2012 to April 2019, where expertise in ITIL and administration of CA products was demonstrated. Additional experience includes managing category improvements for BidorBuy in December 2011 and completing a logistics internship at L'Oréal while pursuing a Postgraduate Diploma in Management at Wits Business School. James holds a BSC Honours in Applied Mathematics and Economics from the University of the Witwatersrand.
