Head Of Innovation Technology at The ai Corporation

Oliver Tearle has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Oliver started their career as a Student Software Engineer at Motorola Solutions in 2010 and then moved on to become a Junior Software Engineer at PTC in 2012. At PTC, they worked on the Advanced Print Publisher software, supporting the product and developing new features using C++.

In 2013, Tearle joined The ai Corporation as a Java Developer and later took on the role of Development Team Lead - Research. In this position, they led the aiSmartScore data science and development team using agile methodology. Oliver was responsible for developing the system back-end for creating and evaluating Neural Network models and achieving fast model evaluation response times using Apache Storm.

Building upon their success, Tearle became the Head of Research at The ai Corporation in 2015. Here, they led a research and development team and developed aiSmartRule, a machine learning-based fraud rule generation system. Oliver also established partnerships with universities, including The University of Southampton, to further enhance the company's focus on machine learning.

Currently, Tearle holds the position of Head of Innovation Technology at The ai Corporation. In this role, they are responsible for the technology strategy of the business, integrating technology into ai's solutions, and improving operational efficiency through automation. Oliver has also designed and co-developed aiAutoPilotML, an automated financial fraud rule creation and fraud strategy management system utilizing custom developed machine learning techniques.

Oliver Tearle attended the University of Surrey from 2007 to 2012, but the degree and field of study that they pursued during that time are unknown.
