Lucy Scallan

Lucy Scallan has extensive experience in fundraising operations and partnership development within the charitable sector. Currently serving as Head of Fundraising Operations at The Air Ambulance Service since March 2019, Lucy focuses on enhancing fundraising strategies and future-proofing operations. Previous roles include National Community Fundraising Manager at The Air Ambulance Service, where leadership was provided to a new team engaging communities across the UK, and Head of Partnership Development at Unicef UK, overseeing a £13 million income budget and managing corporate partnerships. Additional experience includes leading account management at CLIC Sargent, managing partnerships at Alzheimer's Society, and beginning their career as an Events Fundraising Assistant. Lucy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from the University of Nottingham.
