The People and Culture team at The Alchemist Bar & Restaurant focuses on attracting and retaining top talent, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring employee development. Comprising the Talent and Culture Director, Head of HR, Talent Development Manager, and Senior Human Resources Business Partner, the team manages recruitment, training programs, employee relations, and organizational development across the bars in Leeds and London.
