Gina Mello

Gina Mello is a seasoned finance and administration professional with extensive experience across multiple sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Finance and Administration at The Aldrich Contemporary Art Museum since December 2022, Gina previously held the role of Chief Operating Officer at Inspirica, a non-profit organization aiding the homeless in Connecticut, from 2017 to 2021. Prior experience includes Vice President positions at Accordion Partners and Seven Point Equity Partners, where Gina contributed to financial consultancy and investment processes respectively. Earlier career roles at Nestle Waters North America, AIG Global Investment Group, Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, Principal Financial Securities, and Arthur Andersen LLP provided a solid foundation in financial analysis, investment banking, and economic consulting. Gina holds an MBA from The Wharton School and a BS in Finance from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
