Prior experience includes roles at The Alfond Inn at Rollins and Arnold Palmer's Bay Hill Club & Lodge, where Michele served as a banquet server and food and beverage manager, respectively. In the latter role, responsibilities involved managing member services, hiring and training staff, and ensuring exceptional client interactions. Owned by Rollins College, a private coeducational liberal arts college in Winter Park, Florida, The Alfond Inn at Rollins opened in August 2013 and directs net operating income to The Alfond Scholars Program.
