Ian Moore

Ian Moore is currently a Partner at The Alignment Partnership. Prior to this, they were the Director of Moore and Associates from July 2007 to May 2009. Ian has also held the position of Director People and Culture at Getronics Asia Pacific from September 1997 to July 2007, and General Manager of Human Resources at James Hardie Industries Limited from January 1991 to December 1997. Ian Moore began their career as a Senior Consultant for Strategy and Change at Ernst and Young from January 1990 to December 1992.

Ian Moore completed a Bachelor of Commerce at the University of Newcastle, majoring in Organisational Behaviour and Industrial Relations. Ian also attended Whitebridge High School.
