Harold Riley is an experienced professional in real estate and digital technologies, currently serving as the Director of Digital Technologies & Innovation at The Allen Morris Company since February 2018. With a background that includes roles such as Real Estate Development Analyst and Assistant Real Estate Project & Construction Manager at Inversora Y Constructora Dadeland & Cia. S.C.A, Harold contributed to the management of a substantial 400,000 square foot portfolio while achieving a 96% lease-up rate through strategic marketing initiatives. Previous experience includes significant accomplishments in eCommerce as the first employee at Peace Love World, LLC, where the team increased revenue from $0 to 8 figures. Harold's entrepreneurial spirit also manifested through the establishment of an online business at Proactive Ventures, Inc., which successfully generated substantial sales.
