Brad Olm

Brad Olm, SPHR, serves as the Vice President of Human Resources and Shared Services at Gordon Flesch Company since July 2010, where leadership is provided to teams in both Human Resources and Information Technology. Additionally, Brad holds a position on the Board of Directors for The Alliance, having served as Board Chairman from 2016 to 2018. Previous experience includes being the Vice President of Hospital Shared Services at Edgerton Hospital and Health Services, and a Senior Manager in Human Resources at CUNA Mutual Group. Brad's early career includes various HR roles at Avon Products Inc., Vivendi Universal, Allstate Insurance, and service as a Commissioned Officer in the United States Air Force. Brad Olm earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Marquette University and a Master of Arts in Management from Valdosta State University.
