Edward Calado has extensive experience in customer service, claims management, and investigations across various industries. Currently serving at The Alliance as a consultant in claims and customer service, Edward has previously worked in roles such as Sales and Leasing Consultant at Bergstrom Automotive and Marketing Liaison at S2 Risk Services LLC, where marketing efforts were directed towards law firms and insurance companies.
