Carol Lim

Carol Lim is a Leadership Developer at The Alliance Canada, where since June 2018, efforts have focused on empowering marginalized communities through vocational skills training, financial literacy, and small business development. Before this role, Carol held various positions in human resources and corporate analysis, notably at Intact, where responsibilities included managing learning management systems and facilitating training programs. Carol's background also includes experience at DIALOG and Newell Brands, where HR duties spanned recruitment, compensation analysis, and employee training coordination. Education includes a BA in Business Administration from Ambrose University College and a Human Resources Certificate from Mount Royal University.
