Joss Balardin

Joss Balardin is an IT Consultant and Career Development Mentor, founder of Tech Career Booster since April 2023, providing mentorship to aspiring developers and those transitioning careers in the IT industry. Additionally, Joss leads a team as Software Team Lead at The Alpha School System since February 2020, ensuring the delivery of robust solutions using diverse technologies. Joss has a substantial background as Development Manager and Scrum Master at Edumate from August 2017 to November 2022, leading teams to achieve sprint goals and improve company culture through agile methodologies. With prior experience as a Senior PHP Developer, Scrum Master, and Web Developer, Joss has contributed to various projects and academic roles, including teaching at Universidade de Santa Cruz do Sul for several years. Joss holds a Master of Science in Industrial Systems and Processes with a focus on Artificial Intelligence, alongside licentiate and bachelor's degrees in Computer Science.
