Robyn Mattison

Robyn Mattison is recognized for her talent coaching and growing organizations with successes in hospitality, medical, arts, corporate, family foundation, and nonprofit fields. She believes the road to growth begins with a thorough evaluation of organizational resources and systems. She has developed a niche formula for turning around organizations.

Most recently Robyn founded Mattison Management & Consulting, a boutique consulting firm that works with executives, small businesses, corporations, and nonprofit organizations to address their barriers to success. For nearly ten years prior, Robyn held a dual role as Executive Director of the Herbalife Family Foundation and Herbalife’s first African American female Vice President as a member of the global corporate communications department. In these roles, Robyn led the transformational growth of the global corporate foundation. Under her leadership, the foundation assets grew from $1.3 million to $9 million, and human impact grew over 200%.

An avid community volunteer, Robyn is a member of Jack and Jill Los Angeles, Jr. League of Los Angeles, and The Links Incorporated as well as having held board positions with organizations that support the arts, healthcare, women, and children’s issues. Robyn is passionate about making an impact in underserved communities at home and around the world.

A double HBCU alum, Robyn holds a BA, in History from Fisk University, MPA from Tennessee State University. She held the Certified Fundraising Professional (CFRE) for nearly 20 years.
