Previous roles include VP of Sales at Tractor Beverage Co., where Rachael drove revenue growth from $18MM to $88MM in three years, and various leadership positions at Maple Hill, Upfield, Wandering Bear Coffee, and Amplify Snack Brands, where Rachael significantly contributed to business expansion and operational efficiency. Rachael's career began at The Coca-Cola Company, further enhancing expertise in sales management and business development. Rachael holds an MBA from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The University of Kansas.
