Dennis Grefkens

Dennis Grefkens has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Dennis started their career as a Restaurant Waiter at Cunard Line in 1999 and later worked as a Restaurant Waiter at Cafe Caprice in Campsbay Capetown from 2000 to 2001. In 2001, they became a Regional Sales Manager at Graydon Netherlands, where they worked until 2007. In 2007, Dennis founded The Ambitious Group, a leading international Recruitment Consultancy, where they served as the CEO and Founder. The Ambitious Group has almost 400 employees and operates in multiple countries. In 2016, Dennis also founded DGI Capital & Investment, where they are currently the CEO and Founder.

Dennis Grefkens has a Master's degree in Strategy Execution Programme from INSEAD, which they obtained from 2017 to 2018. Prior to that, they completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from TIAS School for Business and Society, specializing in Master in Business Administration (MBA), from 2005 to 2007. Additionally, they hold a Master's Degree in Sales & Account Leadership from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, which they earned in 2003. Dennis also has a Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management from Zuyd Hogeschool | Zuyd University of Applied Sciences, which they completed from 1996 to 2000.
