Marnix Cornelius

Marnix Cornelius has over 20 years of experience in finance and management roles. Marnix currently serves as the CFO for The Ambitious Group, where they oversee financial operations and strategic growth initiatives. Prior to this, they were the CFO for Enovation, a healthcare communication company, and Normec Group, a testing and inspection company. Marnix has also held various finance positions at CAG AMned BV, Kiwa, ING Real Estate Finance, ING Bank NV, KPN Telecommerce, and EY. With a strong background in finance and extensive knowledge of the industry, Marnix has demonstrated their ability to drive financial success and support organizational growth.

Marnix Cornelius has a diverse education history. Marnix attended the Institute for Mergers, Acquisitions and Alliances (IMAA) from 2023 to 2033, earning a Certified Post Merger Integration Expert (CPMI) degree with a focus on M&A Process, Strategy, Deal Types, Hostile Takeovers, and Post Merger Integration. Prior to that, they studied at Nyenrode Business University from 2000 to 2003, where they obtained a degree in Charterd controller. Marnix also attended Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam) from 1994 to 1999, earning a Drs. degree in Business economics. In 1997, they briefly attended the D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University, specializing in Business Economics. Marnix'seducational journey began at Rijnlands Lyceum from 1988 to 1994, where they completed their VWO degree in Atheneum.
