Joel Stobie P.e.

Joel Stobie, P.E., is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in mechanical engineering and project management. Currently serving as the Building Energy Program Manager at McKinstry since December 2019, Joel has led various projects, including solar microgrid feasibility studies and efficiency upgrades for medical buildings and school districts. With a rich background that includes roles as a consultant, division manager, and project manager across several notable firms, Joel has successfully contributed to multimillion-dollar projects and has expertise in integrated design-team management, facility assessments, and mechanical systems solutions. Joel holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Idaho and is advancing education through Seth Godin's altMBA program. Additionally, as an Upper School Math Teacher at The Ambrose School, Joel remains actively involved in educational initiatives.
