Kay Snodgrass has extensive experience in recruitment and IT coordination. Currently serving as a Recruiter at The AME Group since November 2013, Kay specializes in sourcing talent across various technical and administrative roles. Prior to this role, Kay worked as a Recruiter/Call Manager at The AME Group, focusing on call management and billing. Before joining The AME Group, Kay was an IT Coordinator at Information Technology Architects, managing calls, scheduling, billing, and customer service until the company was acquired in 2013. Previous experience includes positions as a Sales Support Specialist at Swat Pest Management / Healthy Spaces and as a Systems Trainer/Customer Service Manager at Gaither Technologies STC. Kay holds a degree from Indiana State University, earned between 1983 and 1987.
