Loretta Doan

Loretta Doan is currently the Chief Executive Officer at The American Association of Immunologists since December 2022. Prior to this role, Loretta was the Chief Science & Policy Officer at the American Association for Clinical Chemistry from January 2015 to December 2022. Before that, Loretta served as the Director of Science Policy at The Endocrine Society from June 2006 to January 2015. Additionally, Loretta worked as a Postdoctoral Fellow at the National Institutes of Health from January 2004 to May 2006. Loretta holds a Ph.D. in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the University of Louisville School of Medicine.
