Mariana Guerra Maupome

Mariana Guerra Maupome is a seasoned veterinary professional with extensive experience in various roles within the veterinary and research fields. Currently serving as a Professional Services Veterinarian at both TELUS Agriculture & Consumer Goods and Feedlot Health Management Services Ltd. since June 2019, Mariana also contributes as a Pre-doctoral student at Iowa State University and as a PhD student and Graduate Research Assistant at Kansas State University since January 2014. Additionally, Mariana has held the position of Public Policy Fellow with The American Association of Immunologists since May 2017 and worked as a Visiting Research Scientist at the National Animal Disease Center from February 2016 to 2018. Mariana holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Veterinary Microbiology and Immunobiology from Kansas State University and a Doctor in Veterinary Medicine from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México.
