Noël Djobo

Associate Editor Journal Of The American Ceramic Society at The American Ceramic Society

Noël Djobo, PhD, is a Research Associate at Imperial College London since September 2023 and serves as an Associate Editor for the Journal of the American Ceramic Society. Since December 2021, Noël has held the position of Research Officer at MIPROMALO and has been part of the Independent Review Committee for PASET-Rsif. Additionally, Noël has been an Affiliate Fellow at the African Academy of Sciences since January 2020. From December 2018 to November 2021, Noël worked as a Research Fellow under the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation at Technische Universität Berlin. Previous positions include Research Assistant at MIPROMALO and TWAS-CSIR Research Fellow at CSIR India. Extensive academic qualifications include a PhD in Inorganic Chemistry from the University of Yaoundé I, alongside an MSc and Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from the same institution. Research focuses on the development of volcanic ash-based geopolymer cements, exploring synthesis conditions and evaluating mechanical and durability properties.
