Executive Chef - Country Club at The American Club Hong Kong

Nick Berta is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as the Executive Chef at The American Club Hong Kong since March 2018. Prior to this role, Nick held the position of Executive Chef at The Club at Las Campanas from May 2014 to March 2018, and earlier, worked as Executive Sous Chef there. The culinary journey began at Reynolds Plantation as a Lead Line Cook from August 2007 to March 2010, followed by a role as Sous Chef at Long Cove Club from April 2010 to January 2014. Experience also includes a position as a Line Cook at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, L.L.C. from July 2005 to July 2007, and various cook/dishwashing jobs before that. Nick Berta studied at the University of North Georgia from 2001 to 2004.
