Gaurav Bisht

Gaurav Bisht is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical support and information literacy. As a Senior Technical Officer at The American Embassy School in New Delhi since February 2011, Gaurav has played a pivotal role in teaching middle and high school students, focusing on information literacy and facilitating research projects in collaboration with library and technology personnel. Prior to this, Gaurav served as an Information Technology Specialist, managing library IT operations and guiding students in research. Gaurav's earlier experience includes positions at Dell Inc. as a Senior Technical Support Officer and at HCL Technologies as a Senior Technical Support Executive, supporting high-profile clients in the telecommunications sector. Academically, Gaurav holds a Bachelor of Library and Information Sciences from Indira Gandhi National Open University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Delhi University.
