Ann Dorough, CAE, serves as the Director of Component Engagement at The American Institute of Architects (AIA), a position held since June 2013, where strategic development and guidance are provided to 210 AIA chapters globally, focusing on enhancing member services amidst significant changes in the architectural profession. Ann's early career includes community relations at Barnes & Noble and legislative assistance for U.S. Representative Patsy T. Mink. Ann holds a B.A. in Journalism from Marquette University.
