Deb Herrman

Deb Herrman is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in finance and operations. Currently serving as the Executive Director for AIA Missouri since 2019, Deb represents member interests at both state and national levels. As the founder of Generator, a business management solutions firm, Deb offers over 20 years of expertise in operations, finance, and business development across various sectors, including leadership roles at Edison Factory, LLC, and BEMA. Previous experience includes positions at Yahoo, YRC Worldwide, Sprint Nextel, and MarketShare Group, showcasing a strong background in financial analysis, strategic planning, and operational management. Deb holds a BA in Business with a focus on Accounting and Business Management from Fort Hays State University and has further education from Western International University.
